This home is situated South of Route 28 in the heart of Harwich Port and less than a 5-minute stroll (just 2/10 mile) to the beautiful and bustling Bank Street Beach. This home sits just off lively Main Street and after hitting the grocery store, plan to park your car for the week! You will be steps from amazing dining options (The Port, Ember, Mad Minnow, Hot Stove, Brax Landing and Sundae School Ice Cream, to name a few), boutique shops and art galleries – all while enjoying the privacy from a fully fenced in property. The Guest House at 42 Braddock Street is waiting to welcome you as its next happy guests. With a fabulous open floor plan featuring a bright and sunny sunroom, dining area and galley kitchen, the living space is both welcoming and comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs, as well as two Pottery Barn daybeds in the living room, allow for sleeping for six guests. Outside you will enjoy the enclosed (hot/cold) outdoor shower and time relaxing on the patio grilling up your favorite burgers or seafood. There is plenty of space to enjoy a game of bocce, horseshoes, spike ball or badminton in the large grassy yard. Cape Cod and Harwich have so much to offer. Make sure to take a ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or watch the Harwich Mariners play in a Cape Cod League baseball game. Go a round or two at the 9 Hole Harwich Port Golf Course or take on the beautiful 18 Hole Cranberry Valley Golf Course. And don t forget to enjoy the Harwich Port Stroll every Wednesday night in July and August featuring live bands and fun for all! The patio and level fenced yard are ideal for enjoying coffee in the morning or grilling and recounting the days adventures in the afternoon or evening. One bathroom and one outdoor shower will accommodate everyone. Central A/C rounds out the whole package. There is ample parking on the lawn in the back of the cottage.
